PhosAgro says may pay 10 bln rbl in dividends for January–March
MOSCOW, May 13 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian fertilizer producer PhosAgro has recommended paying 78 rubles per common share and 26 rubles per global depositary receipt – a total of 10.101 billion rubles – in dividends for January–March, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
PhosAgro paid 18 rubles per share and 6 rubles per global depositary receipt – a total of 2.33 billion rubles – in final dividends for 2019.
Former Senator Andrei Guryev and members of his family hold 48.67% in PhosAgro, Vladimir Litvinenko owns 20.98%, and free-float is 30.35%.
